Cocoon is an open source XML publishing framework
from the Apache group and part of the
Apache XML Project.

in much of its development work, and offers training courses and consulting support for the
package.
This website is itself an example of Cocoon in action - it was generated
from a series of XML files processed by Cocoon into the finished HTML for publication. This
is an extremely simple example of the capabilities of this powerful tool.
