JGlobal offers annual Support Contracts for the Keel
meta-framework which
are approved and certified by The Keel Group. Four levels of support contract are
available for purchase:

Bronze: $1,100.00/annum (10 incidents, 1 Contact, 9AM to 5PM EST)

Silver: $5,500.00/annum (20 incidents, 1 Event, 1 Contact, 9AM to 5PM EST)

Gold: $11,000.00/annum (20 incidents, 2 Events, 3 Contacts, 7AM to 10PM EST)
-
Platinum: $33,000.00/annum (Unlimited incidents, 5 Events, 5 Contacts, 24/7/365)

Developer Support Contracts
Developer Contracts are available for the Keel meta-framework
as well as numerous other open source projects. Three packages are available for
purchase. Unused time expires three years after purchase date. Support is provided
through email and phone contact 9AM to 8PM EST M-F and is used in 15 min. intervals.
(Available for Keel meta-framework, Cocoon, Avalon, Turbine, and many others, including custom projects.)
